- If you come back from Niger without having
taken a drink, in the evening, at the edge of the swimming pool of
the Grand Hotel, you will have to return there !! It is the
inescapable meeting of many inhabitants of Niger, tourists,
volunteers, in the evening during sunset. The spectacle is geant,
overhanging all the valley of Niger and Kennedy. The classic drink
is a "sucreries" or beer, the excellent Flag and "Conjoncture" of
BraNiger. They are generally accompanied with delicious small
spits of lamb sprinkled with Yagi (slightly peppered and
established by dough of groundnut crushed and of ginger). I never
grew tired of this spectacle, but a small advice, please, don't
forget your anti-mosquitoes!!!
